clothing ?

ive pretty much come to a halt on my wardrobe. i love avril lavignes style, but im a little shy, so i dont think i could just go and wear a short skirt with fishnets. i really like skatery clothes, but pac sun is so expensive, and i dont have zumiez where i live. i like bright colors, and i dont like vintagey style clothing. does anyone know where i could shop and/or suggest an outfit for me?? my creative ideas have run out. thanks :)

2. BUY SOME CLOTHES WITH DIFFERENT PATTERNS (STRIPES, PLOKA DOTS, ETC.) CUT THEM UP AND MAKE THEM YOUR OWN. YOU'D BE SURPRISED THE THINGS YOU CAN MAKE.
3. wet seal. forever 21. charlotte russe. actually the perfect store for you would be H & M. cheap clothes that are wayyy cool.
